Please read these terms carefully—they set the rules for using the Tahaddiyat platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Tahaddiyat, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share passwords or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
3. Use of the Service
You may use Tahaddiyat for lawful learning, practice, and submissions. Do not disrupt the platform, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, or misuse any provided APIs.
4. Content and IP
Challenges, prompts, UI assets, and documentation are owned by LebNexis or its licensors. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant us a license to host, display, and review them for platform functionality.
5. Payments
Paid offerings may include premium challenges, certifications, or mentorship. Prices and features may change. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy presented at purchase time and applicable consumer laws. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store card data.
6. Assessments and Scores
Scores, badges, and rankings are provided for guidance and community recognition. They do not guarantee employment outcomes. We may adjust scoring to maintain fairness or address misuse.
7. Prohibited Conduct
No cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized sharing of solution keys, harassment, hate speech, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass rate limits and security controls.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or incidents may affect access.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LebNexis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, or non-payment of fees. Certain clauses survive termination (e.g., IP ownership, limitations of liability).
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions. Disputes will be handled in the venue specified by LebNexis, subject to consumer protection laws.
