1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LebNexis Learn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the platform. Continued use after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. Sharing accounts or engaging in unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features require an active subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription auto-renewal terms are disclosed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on LebNexis Learn — including lessons, code samples, course materials, design, and platform code — is the exclusive property of LebNexis Lab. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes: cheating or gaming the leaderboard, submitting malicious code, harassing other users, attempting to breach security, scraping content, or using automated tools to manipulate platform features.
6. Certificates & Verification
Course certificates are issued upon successful completion of all requirements. Certificates are verifiable via our official verification portal. Misrepresentation of certificate status or tampering with verification data is a violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
LebNexis Learn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy. You may terminate your account at any time via settings.
