Your data powers your personalized learning experience — tracking progress, generating certificates, recommending courses, and maintaining leaderboard rankings. We also use aggregated data to improve our curriculum, detect abuse, and communicate critical system updates. We never sell your personal information.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. We follow industry-standard security practices aligned with OWASP guidelines. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only, with all access logged and audited.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with essential third-party services including GitHub OAuth for authentication, Stripe for payment processing (where applicable), and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements that comply with applicable privacy laws.

Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personally identifiable information is purged within 90 days. Anonymized learning analytics and certificate verification records may be retained indefinitely for platform integrity.
